This year’s management conference was held on September 13, 14 and 15 in Dallas, Texas. Leaders from across our company gathered to discuss company strategy and tackle future planning. This year, the creative theme behind the content featured a light-hearted take on the ups and downs the industry has been experiencing: the rollercoaster ride.
Over the course of three days, attendees listened to insights from the executive team and enjoyed tours of exceptional Dallas communities.
To make the event even more special, the prestigious President’s Cup was presented to three divisions for exemplary performance. This year’s winners included:
- Raleigh for top employee satisfaction
- Austin for top customer satisfaction
- Cincinnati for top profitability
This year, the Market Home Defender Award was also handed out. Nashville was the proud winner of this honor.
